Terms of Use

1. Agreement and age

TunaDeck is run by TUNADECK, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. By using TunaDeck you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you. A player under 18 can become a Supporter only with a parent or guardian's permission, and that parent or guardian is responsible for the payment.

2. What TunaDeck is

TunaDeck is an independent Commander deck builder. It builds and tunes decks, analyzes them, lets you playtest, offers an AI deck coach, lets you share decks to Community, and exports deck lists and missing cards to other sites. Features may change, pause or end. TunaDeck isn't an official rules source, a tournament authority, a financial adviser or a card store. TunaDeck is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. 3. Your account

Keep your sign-in safe and your details accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share, sell or transfer it.

4. Using TunaDeck fairly

Don't attack, overload, scrape or try to get around TunaDeck's security or limits; use bots without permission; upload anything unlawful, harmful or not yours to share; impersonate anyone; try to access other players' private decks or accounts; or copy large parts of TunaDeck to build a competing service. We can limit, suspend or investigate accounts that do.

4a. TunaDeck's property and how you may use it

TunaDeck's software and the methods behind it, the results it produces (including deck builds, ratings and analysis), AI coach answers, site design, text, name and logo are owned by TUNADECK, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws. These Terms don't give you any ownership of them.

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable permission to use TunaDeck for building, tuning and playing your own decks. You may share your own decks and deck lists, including ones TunaDeck built for you, for personal use.

Without our written permission, you may not: use TunaDeck or anything it produces for a commercial purpose, including selling, reselling or offering it as part of a paid product or service; copy, scrape, crawl or bulk-download TunaDeck's content, Community decks or analysis by automated means; use TunaDeck's content or outputs to build or train a competing service, dataset, model or AI system; reverse engineer, decompile, or try to work out or copy how TunaDeck's features work, including by collecting and studying its results in bulk; frame, mirror or embed TunaDeck in another site; or use the TunaDeck name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

This doesn't cover Wizards of the Coast's or Scryfall's material, which belongs to them under their own terms, or your own content, which stays yours.

5. Your content and public decks

Your decks, names, descriptions and other content stay yours. You let TunaDeck store, display and analyze them to run and improve the Service.

When you make a deck Public, anyone can view it, and signed-in players can vote on it and copy it. Copies other players made stay theirs even if you later make your deck Private or delete it.

6. Community rules

Deck names and descriptions must not be hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading, and must not impersonate anyone. Players can report a deck. We can hide or remove decks, or limit an account, that break these rules.

7. Recommendations and the AI deck coach

Deck builds, swaps, bracket estimates and AI answers can be wrong or out of date. Card legality, rules, prices and availability change. Check important decisions against official rules and the store you buy from. You decide what goes in your deck.

8. The Supporter plan

Price: choose monthly at $6 a month, or yearly at $60 a year billed upfront (two months free). Prices are in US dollars and may include tax where required.

What you get: no ads, more builds a day, up to 250 saved decks, larger collections and more AI deck coach use, as listed on the Support page. Card data, card images, prices and the core deck tools are free for everyone; the Supporter plan pays only for TunaDeck's own features and capacity.

Renewal: your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, depending on the plan you chose, at the then-current price until you cancel. You'll get a receipt by email for every payment. For yearly plans, we'll also email you before each renewal with the date and amount.

Cancelling: cancel anytime from your account. Your Supporter benefits continue until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Payments: Supporter payments are processed by Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the seller for your purchase. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* TUNADECK, and receipts come from Link.

Refunds: payments are generally non-refundable, including for any unused part of a month or year. Link may issue a refund within 60 days of a payment in some cases, for example to resolve a billing problem, and we'll give a refund wherever the law requires one.

Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your next renewal.

9. Ads

Coming soon: Ads are launching soon. Until then, TunaDeck shows no ads.

Visitors and free accounts see ads. Ads are labeled, come from Google AdSense, and never change which cards TunaDeck recommends. Supporters don't see ads.

Card data and images come from Scryfall under its terms; TunaDeck isn't produced or endorsed by Scryfall. Links to stores and other sites are for convenience; we don't control them.

11. TunaDeck's own work and feedback

TunaDeck's software, design, branding and analysis belong to TUNADECK, LLC. If you send us feedback, we can use it without paying you, and we won't name you publicly without permission.

12. Suspension and ending

You can stop using TunaDeck anytime. We can suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, security risks, unlawful use or unpaid charges. Where practical, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your decks.

13. Disclaimers and limits

TunaDeck is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, TUNADECK, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost data, profits or card value, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

14. Michigan law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by Michigan law, and disputes go to the courts of Michigan, unless your local consumer law says otherwise. If we change these Terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date and tell you. Questions: privacy@tunadeck.com.
